General Alexander Wants To Controll The Press – Here Comes The Judge Napolitano – The Independents

This is a good Interview with Judge Andrew Napolitano on Freedom of the Press and Ed Snowden. My first question on the whole issue is how could Snodwen done such extensive damage to the NSA since some of the information disclosed by Snowden was already known. In my opinion, Snoweden just elaborated on what had been disclosed by William Binney and Thomas Drake.

I have included two examples of interviews with William Binney and Thomas Drake that were filmed in 2012.

Look at What They did to Mr Drake from Andrew Hagle on Vimeo</a>.

We seriously need to change the way we classify information in the US Government. We need to protect our journalists including but not limited to Domestic Main Line Journalists, Bloggers, and Foreign Journalists including bloggers. We also need to only prosecute persons for espionage when classified information is disclosed to a journalist if there was an actual loss of life (proven to very high standard). And that the only way that the enemy could have obtained the damaging information was though that particular leak.

Please let me know what you think. Blessings Andrew

Statement by the President on Roe v. Wade Anniversary | The White House

It’s amazing how Obama is all for right to privacy on abortion, but not when it comes to snooping on our phone calls, internet activity, etc. Enough said. Please let me know what you think. Andrew

Statement by the President on Roe v. Wade Anniversary | The White House.

Today, as we reflect on the 41st anniversary of the Supreme Court decision in Roe v. Wade, we recommit ourselves to the decision’s guiding principle: that every woman should be able to make her own choices about her body and her health. We reaffirm our steadfast commitment to protecting a woman’s access to safe, affordable health care and her constitutional right to privacy, including the right to reproductive freedom. And we resolve to reduce the number of unintended pregnancies, support maternal and child health, and continue to build safe and healthy communities for all our children. Because this is a country where everyone deserves the same freedom and opportunities to fulfill their dreams.

‘NSA won’t say whether it spies on Congress’

Washington (CNN) - Congress is just like everyone else. That’s the message the National Security Agency has for Sen. Bernie Sanders.

The independent senator from Vermont sent a letter to the agency Friday, asking whether it has or is “spying” on members of Congress and other elected American officials.

The NSA provided a preliminary response Saturday that said Congress has “the same privacy protections as all U.S. persons.”

“NSA’s authorities to collect signals intelligence data include procedures that protect the privacy of U.S. persons. Such protections are built into and cut across the entire process. Members of Congress have the same privacy protections as all U.S. persons,” said the agency in a statement obtained by CNN.

Peter King: “So Rand Paul does not know what he’s talking about. And, Rand Paul is really spreading fear among the American people. And, he also today, I understand on the show, he was also was comparing General Clapper to Snowden. To me, he’s either totally uninformed or he’s part of that hate America crowd that I thought left us in the 1960s. In any event, he doesn’t deserve to be in the United States senate for spreading that type of misperception and absolute lies to be honest with you.”

BREAKING: New York Judge Rules Massive NSA Phone Surveillance is LAWFUL

Ack Puke Gag!!! Pray the Supreme Court Respects the Constitution.

Judge Finds NSA Surveillance ‘Almost Certainly’ Violates Privacy Rights

The National Security Agency’s bulk collection of telephone records likely violates privacy rights of individual Americans, a federal trial judge in Washington ruled today.

Describing the government’s surveillance efforts as “almost-Orwellian,” U.S. District Judge Richard Leon found the challengers in a lawsuit in Washington were likely to succeed on their Fourth Amendment privacy claims.

Leon granted an injunction that would have stopped national security officials from collecting telephone record data on two of the plaintiffs. (The challengers have not certified a class to date.) However, the judge put that order on hold pending the government’s likely appeal.
